ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Be of Caribbean heritage.
- US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident
- Reside in the Washington Metropolitan area (Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia).
- Posses at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
- Demonstrate financial need (students must apply for federal financial aid using FAFSA).
- Not a previous recipient.
